Highlights of the 22nd event

I just wanted to apologize for not updating the site with the quickness. We all get busy with life and just got to do what’s important first. Anyways besides from my ranting, the event that happenend on the 7th of November was krackin! It was the first ever event hosted by Freshest Roots and That’s Wassup. All the performances were great, Noise in the Basement, Illaphant, Chiefy Sneekz, Sleep Steady, and C-Note Ave were in the house and big shout outs to them folks. I know everyone loves pictures and that’s why That’s Wassup was able to bring yall pictures from the event. The pictures have an artsy feel to them because the lens that Andrew C. (That’s Wassup’s photographer) was using. So if you look wide, don’t trip, you’re beautiful! That’s Wassup and Freshest Roots are masterminding to bring more events to yall, so stay tuned! Upcoming event! November 7th, 2009
Hey yall!
We have an event that is going on this Saturday November 7th, 2009! Its going to be one of our editors birthday celebration and also a mini launch of his business. So if you don’t have anything going on, come out and celebrate with us. It is going to be krackin! DJ, live performances, and tons of prizes. Thats Wassup! First article!
Yo! Hello, What’s happening? Whats good? How yall doing? Aloha!
This is the first article to be posted on That’s Wassup. Most of yall don’t know what That’s Wassup is all about and the first article is going to explain the whole theory behind this website.
The Start: It all started this past summer 2009 that I actually got the nerves and guts to put something together. I always loved fashion and business, so I decided to blog about the two topics. I came up with the name That’s Wassup because it is the term meaning that something is cool, great, beyond good, well you get the whole meaning of That’s Wassup.
That’s Wassup: This website is going to bring you the latest news about fashion, events, and any news that needs to be brought up. I also wanted to be a place where people can come to read about things that are mind provoking, become inspired, make new friends, and whatever good things that come out of it. Since I love fashion I am going to blog about it mainly. It’s going to be mainly street fashion that people actually wear and not those weird models wearing garbage bags thinking it’s trendy and cool. Real people, real style!
Last Words: Since this is the beginning of That’s Wassup any comments or suggestion is greatly welcomed. Remember this site is a place where you can be creative and express yourself.
